3.How can I determine if I should call a tow truck or contact Onward Roadside Solutions for assistance?

If your vehicle is suffering from mechanical failures that incapacitate your vehicle, such as engine breakdowns or transmission issues, you've been involved in an accident, or unable to be driven safely, you should contact a tow truck for transportation to a repair facility.

For minor roadside issues, team at Onward Roadside Solutions can provide prompt and efficient assistance to get you back on the road quickly.

4. What should I do if I need to cancel my service request?

If you need to cancel your service request, please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel before the service provider is dispatched, you may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after dispatch may incur a fee.

5. How much do your services cost?

Not as of yet. We will soon offer mobile EV charging services for electric vehicles. This service will provide on-the-spot charging to ensure you never run out of power on the road. Stay tuned for more updates!

We accept various payment methods, including cash, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit/debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service to ensure prompt and efficient assistance.

8. Do you offer towing services?

Currently, we do not offer vehicle towing services. We are committed to providing reliable and prompt roadside assistance services to keep you moving forward.

9. What areas do you service?

We currently service the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. On a case by case basis, we can provide services to Indiana and the Dayton/Miami Valley region for additional service fees. We are actively looking to expand our service area to better meet the needs of our customers.
